To continue the success we are hiring for a Key Account Manager - Hyper Super to drive day-to-day performance across assigned HyperSuper accounts, execute customer strategies, deliver sales targets, and ensure strong assortment, promotions, and visibility—supporting the Head of Sales in translating joint business plans into effective execution and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Deliver sales targets for assigned accounts (NSV, volume, distribution, profit).
  • Execute joint plans: assortment, pricing, promotions, and in-store activities.
  • Manage buyer negotiations on listings, space, displays, and promotions.
  • Track performance and drive improvements using sales and market insights.
  • Coordinate supply, budgets, reporting, and ensure strong in-store execution and relationships.

Qualifications

What you need to have:

  • 5–8 years in FMCG sales or key account management.
  • Experience with Modern Trade or HyperSuper accounts preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of category management and in-store execution.
  • Skilled in negotiation and financial management of sales and investments.
  • Analytical, collaborative, and execution-focused mindset.
