Job Description

Location: Indonesia-Jakarta (Remote)

Industry: Solar / Energy Storage / Consumer Electronics (3C)

Language Requirement: English or Mandarin as working language;Proficient in Indonesian.

About the Role

We are looking for two highly motivated Local Key Account Managers to join our team in Indonesia. In this role, you will be the primary driver for expanding our footprint in the local market, leveraging your expertise in the retail channel to build and sustain relationships with top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with head-tier key accounts. Serve as the main point of contact for daily communication, regular client visits, and swift resolution of customer complaints.
  • Business Growth & Expansion: Deeply understand and anticipate client needs to drive order volume, increase repurchase rates, and expand cooperation across multiple product categories.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations for annual framework agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and supply chain cooperation terms.
  • Risk Management & Retention: Proactively monitor changes in client business dynamics to mitigate churn risks and secure long-term, sustainable partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience. Background in Solar, Energy Storage, or 3C industries is highly preferred.
  • Local Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Indonesian local retail channels.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to independently develop and operate key accounts from scratch.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English or Mandarin (able to use as a daily working language). Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
  • Bonus Points: Existing resources or proven success with large-scale retail clients or government procurement projects will give you a significant advantage.
