Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, brands, tenants, and partners
  • Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts
  • Drive repeat bookings and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Ensure smooth coordination of events, activations, and commercial programs
  • Monitor account performance and achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize venue utilization
  • Maintain high levels of client and partner satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in Event sales or partnerships for handling B2B clients, brands, or event organizers
  • Experience with events, pop-ups, exhibitions, performances, or brand activations is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Possess strong knowledge of Key Account Management principles and practices
