Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, brands, tenants, and partners
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts
- Drive repeat bookings and identify new revenue opportunities
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate partnership agreements
- Ensure smooth coordination of events, activations, and commercial programs
- Monitor account performance and achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize venue utilization
- Maintain high levels of client and partner satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Management, or related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Event sales or partnerships for handling B2B clients, brands, or event organizers
- Experience with events, pop-ups, exhibitions, performances, or brand activations is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Possess strong knowledge of Key Account Management principles and practices
