Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by driving sustainable growth across key modern trade accounts.
Identify, acquire, and onboard new distributors and key accounts, while maximizing revenue through up-selling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation through to successful deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key modern trade partners, acting as a trusted commercial partner.
Develop a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting, account planning, and execution aligned with business objectives.
Monitor, track, and analyze competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and trade initiatives to generate actionable market intelligence.
Proactively provide insights and recommendations to management based on market trends, channel dynamics, and competitor movements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth execution, product availability, and service delivery.
Analyze market performance and customer data to formulate and implement effective channel and account strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports, business reviews, and performance updates, and actively participate in management and sales review meetings.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, or Branch Management within the FMCG industry; experience in Personal Care, Skincare, or Beauty categories is highly preferred.
Proven track record in managing modern trade accounts, health & beauty retailers will be plus.
Strong existing relationships with modern trade accounts will be a significant advantage.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive volume, value, and distribution growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Highly result-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market and competitor insights into actionable strategies.
Willing to travel across Indonesia as required.
Able to join immediately (ASAP).
Willing to follow Work From Office (WFO) policy at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
