Job Description

The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with accounts across the assigned region. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, drives volume growth, and delivers excellent in-store execution (product availability & visibility, promotions, store activation, etc.) in alignment with the company's commercial strategies.

Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Planning

  • Develop localized strategies for MTI that align with the strategic guidelines set by Key Account Management (KAM) and Trade Marketing.
  • Conduct financial planning, including setting sales forecasts and preparing promotional budgets for assigned accounts; regularly monitor and control financial performance.
  • Maintain trading terms to ensure maximum benefit and resolve all trading term claim issues effectively.
  • Analyze outlet visit data and distributor performance to provide insights for strategic planning.

Excellent Execution & Operations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by being reliable, responsive, and effective in negotiation, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless in-store execution.
  • Ensure in-store product availability and visibility across key accounts.
  • Oversee the execution of trade promotions and pointofsale (POS) materials, including monitoring planogram compliance and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and proactively address daily operational issues with stores or distributors.

Qualification(s):

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Executive (FMCG background preferred).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills (trading terms, promotional activities).
  • Strong managerial capability, especially in leading frontliners.
  • Good presentation skills and professional appearance.
  • Salesachievement and goaloriented mindset
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere across Indonesia
