What You Will Experience:
- Sell paper products to existing customers and acquire new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase retention.
- Provide product information, characteristics, new product developments, and the advantages of industrial paper to customers.
- Set and achieve sales targets established by the company.
- Negotiate prices and sales terms with customers.
- Monitor trends in the paper industry and customer needs.
- Prepare visit reports, sales reports, and update information to the superior.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes from sales, delivery, to invoicing.
What is Required:
- Bachelors degree from any major, preferably reputable university
- Min. 2-3 years experience in sales B2B corporate, preferably from paper manufacturing, carton box/packaging industry
- Experienced in managing B2B business
- Proficient to speak Mandarin in business settings.
- Good communication skills and results orientation.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Having a good network and relationships in the related industry will be a plus.
- Have 4-wheeled vehicle and be willing to use it for daily operations at work.
