Job Description

  • Acquire new customers through direct visits and/or calls.
  • Develop business opportunities with existing customers.
  • Prepare and maintain account profiling.
  • Handle sales administration tasks (Salesforce updates, follow-up on purchase orders with vendors, project monitoring, invoice follow-up, and accounts receivable).
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers, principals, and internal Metrodata teams.
  • Understand and comply with Metrodata procedures.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in direct and/or indirect sales.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Able to work under pressure.
