Job Description

  • Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Support senior account managers in handling client meetings, presentations, and project follow-ups.
  • Identify client needs and coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Recruitment, Operations, or Technical Teams) to deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor ongoing projects or service delivery to ensure alignment with agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and regular account reports.
  • Track account performance, revenue targets, and client feedback.
  • Assist in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Help manage escalations and ensure proper resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and account activities in CRM systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Services.
  • Candidates with prior experience in outsourcing services or IT companies will be highly preferred.
  • Understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, or managed services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
