Job Description

Responsibilities

  • IT Support & Troubleshooting. Handle day-to-day IT support for office operations and field projects, including hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • IT Asset & Cost Management. Manage IT assets, including asset records, distribution, maintenance, and device monitoring. Support annual IT budget preparation and monitor IT costs, including subscriptions, software licenses, internet, devices, and service expenses.
  • Network & Office IT Infrastructure. Ensure internet connection, Wi-Fi, meeting room equipment, CCTV, and office IT infrastructure run properly, including network setup for outdoor events when needed.
  • System, Application & Access Support. Support the use of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, cloud storage, internal applications, software licenses, subscriptions, operational systems, and user access management.
  • Digital IP & Platform Management. Manage digital IP, platforms, domains, hosting, official accounts, cloud storage, and project digital assets to ensure they are secure, well-documented, and properly controlled.
  • Vendor Coordination. Coordinate with vendors related to internet services, IT devices, software, subscriptions, licenses, maintenance, technical repairs, and IT project requirements.
  • IT Asset Documentation & Improvement. Maintain IT asset documentation, record device movement, analyze asset repair needs, and manage asset disposal and new purchase requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as IT Support, IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or similar role.
  • Experienced in handling end-to-end IT support for office operations and field projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for work devices, internet network, Wi-Fi, email, printers, software, and event/production support equipment.
  • Good understanding of LAN, routers, access points, IP address management, CCTV, and office IT infrastructure.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, cloud storage, user account management, software licenses, and subscriptions.
  • Experienced in IT asset management, IT cost monitoring, and supporting annual IT budget preparation.
  • Basic understanding of digital IP management, including domains, hosting, official accounts, cloud storage, and digital platform access.
  • Able to maintain clear IT documentation, including assets, user access, IT costs, technical issues, and project requirements.
  • Communicative, responsive, detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to support multiple business units.
  • Willing to work WFO and support field IT needs when required.
