We are looking for a GA & IT Support Manager to manage day-to-day general affairs and basic IT support operations across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring company assets, documentation, facilities, and IT equipment are well managed, properly recorded, and reliably available to support employee productivity.
This position suits someone who is hands-on, organized, and operationally strong, with experience managing company assets and providing basic IT support without needing deep engineering expertise.
What You Will DoGeneral Affairs & Asset ManagementManage and maintain company asset records, including laptops, peripherals, office equipment, and other operational assets.
Ensure accurate asset documentation, tagging, tracking, and handover processes.
Conduct regular stock opname and asset audits to ensure data accuracy and accountability.
Manage asset lifecycle processes: procurement coordination, assignment, replacement, return, and disposal.
Maintain proper documentation for assets, vendors, and operational records.
Oversee laptop provisioning, setup, handover, and retrieval for employees.
Perform basic laptop hardware diagnostics (e.g. power issues, storage, RAM, peripherals).
Coordinate laptop repairs, replacements, and warranty claims with vendors when needed.
Ensure laptops and IT equipment are properly inventoried and in good working condition.
Provide basic IT support for employees, including:
Network and internet connectivity troubleshooting
Printer, peripheral, and basic system issues
Support basic network setup and troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, access points).
Escalate complex IT issues to external vendors or specialized teams when required.
Coordinate with vendors for IT services, maintenance, and support contracts.
Develop and maintain SOPs for asset management, IT support requests, and equipment usage.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to asset usage, data security, and IT governance.
Support audits by providing accurate documentation and asset records.
Lead or coordinate GA and IT support staff (if applicable).
Manage relationships with vendors for IT equipment, internet services, and maintenance.
Monitor service quality, cost efficiency, and SLA compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or related field.
36 years of experience in General Affairs, IT Support, or Office Operations roles.
Experience managing company assets, documentation, and stock opname processes.
Strong experience in laptop management and asset tracking.
Ability to perform basic laptop hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of network connectivity and IT support (non-engineering level).
Familiarity with asset documentation, inventory systems, or spreadsheets.
Comfortable using Google Workspace or similar tools for tracking and reporting.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Hands-on and solution-driven.
Able to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to operational needs.
Good communication skills and service mindset.
Able to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
Experience managing IT assets in a growing or multi-location company.
Familiarity with ticketing systems or IT request workflows.
Experience coordinating with external IT vendors or service providers.
