Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the IT team in providing technical support to end-users
  • Help install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
  • Support hardware and network troubleshooting activities
  • Assist in maintaining IT documentation and inventory records
  • Participate in IT projects and daily operational tasks
  • Learn and apply IT service management best practices

Requirements

  • SMK graduate or final year student in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving attitude
  • Available for minimum 6 months internship period
