Responsibilities
As an IT Support Intern, you will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting the setup and maintenance of IT equipment, and helping manage user accounts and network configurations. You will also provide first-level technical support to internal users, ensuring prompt resolution of basic IT issues, and escalate more complex problems when necessary. Additionally, you will help maintain technical documentation and contribute to the smooth daily operation of IT systems.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Experience with Windows, Office 365, and basic networking tools is a plus
