Provide first level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in setting up and maintaining laptops, printers and other office equipment.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective (accounts, access, devices).
Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment in office.
Support the team in executing IT improvement projects.
Requirements
Last-year student or fresh graduate from University. Preferably from Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or other related studies.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
Eagerness to learn and solve problems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite and assist during emergencies or urgent requests.
