IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations and ensure the smooth performance of IT systems, networks, devices, and services.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, CCTV, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support the operation of business applications, including POS System, Ticketing System, Hotel PMS, Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and ERP.
• Ensure all incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities are properly documented through the ticketing system.
• Manage IT assets and device inventory while ensuring compliance with IT standards and information security policies.
• Coordinate with Head Office, vendors, and internal departments to resolve IT issues and support IT project implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Supervisor or Senior IT Support.
• Experience in the hospitality, hotel, resort, property, theme park, recreation, or tourism industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of Hotel PMS, Booking Engine, POS System, Ticketing System, networking, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of IT Asset Management, IT Governance, and basic Cybersecurity principles.
