Job Descriptions
Focuses on the application management and support of the SAP (MM, FI, CO) modules within an SAP environment. This involves ensuring the smooth operation, optimization and continuous improvement of these critical business processes.
- Acting as first layer support for any issues related to the SAP
- Analyzing each request from business users and/or proposing system improvements based on the company&aposs needs
- Conducting unit testing before User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensuring that the project scope worked on by external consultants aligns with the requests
- Collaborating with users to conduct full cycle testing (UAT) on the system/application before it is transported to the production stage
- Working closely with business users to understand their needs and provide support, communicating effectively with other IT teams and stakeholders, and participating in project teams to contribute to the success of projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to SAP.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP FICO
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
