Minimum Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelors degree in Management, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. 35 years as an Sales Manager, Relationship Manager, or similar role, preferably in banking or IT consulting.
3. Strong understanding of the Indonesian banking sector, including core banking, digital banking, and local regulations.
4. Experience coordinating IT projects, especially in banking solutions (core banking, big data, applications, infrastructure), is a plus.
5. Technical Awareness: Basic knowledge of banking IT products and services; experience with Oracle Flexcube (OFCR, Universal Banking, Direct Banking) is an advantage.
6. English skill is a plus point.

New Business Development & Lead Generation
- Build and maintain a prospect database and targeted contact lists.
- Conduct industry and market research to identify potential leads and growth sectors.
- Analyze customer needs and business pain points to tailor offerings and approaches.
Account Management & Customer Insights
- Review and analyze existing customer data, transaction history, and usage patterns.
- Collect customer feedback and suggestions for service/product improvement.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities based on client profiles.
Sales Planning & Client Engagement
- Prepare and manage visit schedules, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Present product and service offerings aligned with client needs and business value.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and handle procurement-related documentation (POs, agreements, e-procurement, etc.) using standard templates.
Market & Industry Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, innovations, and industry developmentsparticularly in telecom.
- Gather competitor insights and benchmark performance to refine strategies.
- Leverage information from news sources, publications, and research to support positioning.
Target Management & Strategy Execution
- Work towards revenue and performance targets set by management.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies and action plans.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
