We are looking for a motivated IT Sales & Business Development Specialist to expand our client base and drive new opportunities. This is a performance-based role, you earn as you close.
What Youll Do
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients (SMEs, enterprises, resorts, manufacturers, institutions)
- Pitch our IT solutions: software development, web & mobile apps, ERP & Odoo systems
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with our technical team to align solutions with client needs
- Negotiate and successfully close deals
Commission Structure
- Up to 10% commission on each successful project deal
- Additional commission for maintenance/retainer contracts
What Were Looking For
- 03 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience is preferred, but not mandatory)
- Background in IT/software industry is a plus, but we also welcome fresh graduates and motivated individuals without sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and eagerness to learn

Note: This is a commission-based position only. There is no base salary, but fair commission will be provided for every successful deal.
