The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of testing, research, and implementation of new tools and techniques
- Coordinate project schedules
- Assist with expense planning
- Identify and resolve technical challenges
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology
- Knowledge of billing and sales system
- At least 2 years experience in the relevant field
- Having experience as a Programmer / Developer
- Leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Problem-solving, analyzing, evaluating, and identifying a solution
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence
- Preferably someone who has experience in managing a team using agile principles and knows insurance
- Willing to work with WFO
