Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Portfolio and Asset Manager, based in Kecamatan Jagakarsa. The role involves managing the overall IT portfolio, tracking and optimizing IT assets throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring efficient utilization and alignment with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include overseeing asset procurement, conducting regular audits, preparing reports, analyzing portfolio performance, and collaborating with various departments to align IT resources with business objectives. The role also requires ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Portfolio and Asset Management skills, including the ability to monitor, maintain, and optimize IT assets and portfolios
- IT Procurement and Vendor Management experience for acquiring and managing third-party services and equipment
- Data Analysis skills for generating accurate reports and analyzing portfolio performance
- Financial Management expertise, including budget planning, cost optimization, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of IT Compliance and Governance standards to ensure alignment with regulations and organizational policies
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in IT Asset Management tools and portfolio management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in IT Management or a similar role is highly advantageous
