  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities and tasks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation.
  • Generate and interpret regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendors and contractors, to support project objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among project team members.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the negotiation and execution of project-related services with Procurement Team

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Management Team in the warehousing or logistics industry
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics operations and processes
  • Proficiency in using project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
  • Working knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Strong capability in data analysis and reporting to support effective project management and decision-making
