Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate project activities and tasks to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation.
Generate and interpret regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendors and contractors, to support project objectives.
Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among project team members.
Utilize data analysis tools to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support the negotiation and execution of project-related services with Procurement Team

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Management Team in the warehousing or logistics industry
Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics operations and processes
Proficiency in using project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
Working knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and industry best practices
Strong capability in data analysis and reporting to support effective project management and decision-making
