Job Description
The Project Management Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives within the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to cross-functional project environments involving IT, engineering, and operational teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in planning and executing digitalization and Industry 4.0 projects
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Support requirement gathering activities, including stakeholder coordination and documentation of business processes
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentation materials
- Identify and track project risks, issues, and mitigation actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, engineering, operations) to ensure smooth project implementation
- Support system testing, validation, and deployment of digital solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to process optimization and digital transformation
Requirements
- Final-year student or active student in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Familiarity with digitalization concepts and/or Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation, data analytics, digital twin)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- High willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Able to join 12-months internship program and available to join in May 2026
Preferred Qualifications (Optional but Advantageous)
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Basic understanding of process mapping (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Prior internship or academic project related to digital transformation or automation
