IT Operation Analyst responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of production systems and applications. This role involves monitoring system health, resolving incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 13 years in IT support, or production support roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic).
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Java, PLSQL, JavaScript, Jasper Report).
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., Oracle).
- Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Familiarity with Webserver (e.g., Apache Tomcat).
