Job Description

IT Operation Analyst responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of production systems and applications. This role involves monitoring system health, resolving incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 13 years in IT support, or production support roles.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
    • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic).
    • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Java, PLSQL, JavaScript, Jasper Report).
    • Familiarity with databases (e.g., Oracle).
    • Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
    • Familiarity with Webserver (e.g., Apache Tomcat).
Work Conditions

  • May require shift work or on-call availability.
  • Hybrid or on-site work depending on company policy.
