IT Infrastructure Lead (L2 Server Admin and Data Center)

Requirement:

a. minimum 5 years experience as server administrator

b. minimum 5 years experience managing a team

c. Relevant certifications (MCSA/ MCSE, RHCA, VCA/VCP, Cloud certification)

d. Proficient using Linux and Windows Environment (install, configure, patch, troubleshooting, maintenance)

e. Expert in virtualization and cloud environment

f. Strong knowledge of storage technologies (e.g., EMC, Dell, HPE).

g. Knowledgeable in Monitoring and alert system (Grafana, PRTG, telegram alert)

Job description:

a. Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux).

b. Perform regular security monitoring, patching, and updates.

c. Monitor server and storage performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

d. Manage user access controls, system backups, and disaster recovery plans.

e. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support.

f. Maintain comprehensive server and storage documentation, policies and procedure in order to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulation and best practice

g. Evaluate new server technologies and recommend improvements.

h. Respond to and resolve system alerts and emergencies as needed
