IT Business/System Analyst

Role Description

This is a contract role for an IT Business Analyst, located on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst/System Analyst
• Strong understanding of Microservices Applications
• Knowledge of RDBMS databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL
• Experience with design & flow tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma)
• Background in Accounting-related projects is a plus
