IP Lawyer (In-House, Indonesia)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IP Lawyer to join our global legal team and lead enforcement efforts in Indonesia.

This role is remote-first, with a potential transition to a physical office in the Jakarta area within 4–6 months.

You will work closely with our global legal and business teams, directly protecting the rights of some of the world's most recognized brands. The focus of this position is hands-on IP enforcement — sending claims, managing pre-litigation negotiations, representing clients in civil litigation, coordinating with local authorities, and recovering compensation from infringers.

Our legal operations span Europe, Asia, MENA and Latin America, and we are now expanding our in-house legal team in Indonesia.

What you will do:

• Identify and monitor IP infringements in Indonesia;
• Draft and send cease-and-desist letters, legal claims, and negotiate settlements;
• Represent rights holders in pre-litigation and civil litigation proceedings;
• Initiate and manage enforcement actions with local authorities (e.g., police, customs, regulatory bodies);
• Draft and file powers of attorney, affidavits, and litigation documents;
• Support the company's legal and business operations in Indonesia (contracts, compliance, office setup, banking, etc.).

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Law;
• Minimum 2–3 years of IP experience (law firm or in-house);
• Proven track record in IP enforcement, civil litigation, or anti-counterfeiting;
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
• Strong legal drafting, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a global team.
