To accelerate channel expansion in [Indonesia], we are seeking an Area Sales Director to develop local distributors and drive sales growth.

3. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional sales channels
• Build and maintain distributor relationships
• Negotiate commercial policies and sales agreements
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Provide regular sales forecasting and market feedback

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, especially familiar with RAC channels
• Strong local distributor network
• Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and local language
