Get to Know the Role

As a Recruitment & Employer Branding Internship you will support end-to-end hiring processes while strengthening the company's employer brand. You will collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent, ensure a great candidate experience, and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.

Qualification:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Communication, Business, or Administration with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Strong interest in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, through to onboarding).
• Have great attention to detail in administrative tasks. Excellent in communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and editing applications (Canva/CapCut).
• Passion in Recruitment and Employer Branding.
• Willing to commit to a 3-month internship program (opportunity to be offered a contract position)
• Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Tangerang, Banten
