Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Assist in creating engaging content such as captions, short videos, and visual materials.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Help manage social media calendars and posting schedules.
• Conduct simple market research or competitor analysis to support campaign planning.
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for promotional activities.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend creative ideas to improve online visibility.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
• Familiar with major social media platforms and digital tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid ads, content marketing) is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, Karawaci
