Your main mission To help deliver
distinctive wellness experiences that leave every guest feeling refreshed and renewed. Youll learn how to warmly welcome spa guests, prepare treatment rooms, assist with scheduling and reservations, offer herbal refreshments, and ensure a peaceful atmosphere throughout the spa. You will also observe and support the therapists while gaining insight into spa etiquette, product knowledge, and the daily operations of the spa.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to grow in service excellence, hospitality mindfulness, and personal presence. Youll enjoy a
personalised learning journey, guided by your mentor (Learning & Development Manager), coach (Spa Supervisor or Spa Manager), and buddy (Spa team member). Youll also participate in
employee activities,
volunteering programs,
wellness projects,
employee clubs, and many more experiences designed to balance both learning and well-being.
Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated (within the past year) from a D1, D2, D3, D4, or S1 program in Hospitality, Tourism, Wellness & Spa Management, Beauty Therapy, Health Sciences, or related major.
- Willing to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months.
- Calm, caring, and professional attitude with a passion for guest wellness.
- Good verbal English communication skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Interested in spa operations, service rituals, and personalised guest care.
- Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and sensitive to creating a serene atmosphere.
- Open to learning about spa treatments, natural products, and wellness culture.
- Committed to providing distinctive experiences that support relaxation and well-being.
