What You Will Experience:
- Assist in supporting ongoing business process and coordinating with internal and external parties
- Prepare structured and professional presentation materials and reports
- Conduct data processing and basic analysis using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Assist with administrative tasks, including reviewing and verifying documents.
Internship Learning Management System
- Support the development of concepts and storyboards for learning initiatives.
- Support content preparation and documentation, including photography when required.
Internship Talent Acquisition
- End to end recruitment process from sourcing until onboarding process
What is Required:
- Final-year students or Fresh Graduates with a minimum Bachelor's degree in: Management / Business Administration, Accounting, Forestry / Agriculture, Industrial Engineering, Psychology and any related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, data processing & basic analysis)
- Strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Capable of preparing structured and professional presentation materials.
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Tech-savvy, knowledge of AI tools is a plus
- Good photography skills and access to a DSLR camera or smartphone with at least a 48 MP rear camera (LMS Intern).
