As part of the Corporate Communication team, you will play a key role in driving integrated internal communication campaigns to support corporate priorities and initiatives across Indonesia and Malaysia.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Orchestrate omni-channel communication campaigns across online and offline platforms
- Manage campaign pipeline and communication calendar to ensure timely execution
- Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness across channels
- Track campaign performance and develop continuous improvement loops
- Ensure integrated campaigns from planning through implementation and activation
- Supervise communication asset readiness and distribution across channels
- Act as Campaign PIC for corporate priority initiatives
- Coordinate and align stakeholders across functions and regions (Indonesia & Malaysia)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in a creative agency, corporate communication, brand communication, or campaign management (internship experience excluded)
- Experience handling omni-channel campaigns, both digital and offline activations
- Strong understanding of campaign execution, coordination, and basic performance monitoring
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) for regional coordination (ID & MY)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
