Job Description
Business Partnership
- Partner with Head Office leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting
- Align HR strategies with business objectives
Talent Management & Development
- Support performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, calibration)
- Identify talent gaps and coordinate development plans
- Support succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives
Employee Relations
- Act as first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies
- Support disciplinary processes and conflict resolution
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Support internal communication and culture-building activities
- Monitor employee satisfaction and feedback
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP
- Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Exposure to handling Head Office / corporate functions is a plus
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- Data-driven mindset with HR analytics capability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
