Job description:

  • Identify growth opportunities and develop channel strategies and business plans across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Local E-Commerce at the store level
  • Lead end-to-end execution of channel strategies, monitor performance, and continuously refine plans to ensure target achievement
  • Drive expansion of routes to market, identifying new customer segments and store opportunities to unlock incremental growth
  • Lead and develop field teams, including Supervisors and Store Leaders, to strengthen execution capabilities and performance
  • Ensure strong in-store execution excellence, aligning commercial plans with operational delivery
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business plans

Requirements:

  • Willing to be placed and relocated across Indonesia
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Experience handling GT, MT, or Local E-Commerce channels is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a dynamic, target-driven environment
  • High level of drive, ownership, and adaptability, especially in fast-paced field operations
