Responsible for managing the internal audit, risk management, and financial controlling functions. This role ensures the effectiveness of internal control systems, compliance with company policies and regulations, accuracy of financial reporting, budget control, and mitigation of operational and financial risks to support the achievement of the company's business targets sustainably.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the preparation and control of SBU Industrial Park budgeting and forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis (budget vs actual) and provide financial insights to the Head of SBU Industrial Park.
- Monitor cash flow, cost efficiency, and project/area profitability.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reports and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Evaluate project financial feasibility, including Feasibility Study, IRR, NPV, and Payback Period.
- Oversee control of operational costs and capital expenditure (CAPEX).
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial data to support management decision-making.
Requirements- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), Master's Degree (S2) preferred.
- Major in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Financial Controlling.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Knowledge of internal control and risk management frameworks (COSO/ERM).
- Ability to perform financial modelling and investment analysis.
- Able to prepare and analyze financial statements comprehensively.
- Understanding of taxation and industrial estate business regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Professional certifications such as:
- CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
- CRMA (Certification in Risk Management Assurance)
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
