Working location: Surabaya (Preferable) or Jakarta -Indonesia
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years minimum experience in Sales & Marketing
- Experience from the EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) Company is preferable
- Experience in the steel construction or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and sales forecasting
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to prepare in-depth sales reports
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
