Internal Audit Manager

Job Description Summary:

• Managerial personnel within Internal Audit team with responsibility in managing internal audit projects and team deployment. Holding important function in ensuring internal audit projects (operational, financial, IT, compliance or investigation) are done in accordance with the department's standard.

• Participate and lead special review projects as requested by the Management. Assist Vice President, Internal Audit in the execution of Internal Audit strategies and general planning such as annual risk management, audit program planning and consolidation.

Job Description:

• Manage and lead operational and financial audit review in the business units.

• Review and ensure the work of audit team are done in accordance of Corporate Internal Audit standards. Ensure companies comply with policies, procedures and other relevant regulatory requirements.

• Conduct review of critical audit projects or special review as requested by the Management.

• Provide guidance to audit team in all aspect of audit projects from planning, field work, review and reporting.

• Present audit findings and recommendations to management.

• Prepare formal written reports on audit findings and recommendations.

• Execute and complete all audits in accordance with Department's standards and KPIs.

• Assist in annual risk management, audit planning, consolidation of audit findings, and other administrative matters within the Corporate Internal Audit.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience related with internal audit.

• Proven experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Distribution companies.

• Strong understanding of core business processes and operational models in FMCG/Distribution Company, i.e., Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Transportation, Order Fulfillment, etc.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively for out-of-town engagements, including site visits, audits, and operational reviews.
