- Developing and executing the internal audit plan in alignment with organisational goals.
- Assessing and mitigating risks to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and recommending improvements.
- Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.
- Collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions and improvements.
- Providing guidance and training to the internal audit team.
Profile
A Successful Internal Audit Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, CISA, CFE, CFRA
- Strong knowledge of internal audit processes and risk management principles.
- Min 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and organisational skill
