Role Overview

This is an unpaid trainee program to level up your English and earn money by building your community

As an unpaid trainee program, youll lead casual, topic-based group chats in English with friendly learners from around the world. No teaching experience is required just a willingness to talk, connect, and help others grow in confidence.

Youll choose topics you care about from music to movies, mental health to sports and help create a safe space for cross-cultural conversation and community building.

Responsibilities

• Host a group chat per week on a topic you enjoy
• Create a welcoming, encouraging environment for English learners
• Build connections and guide conversations (no formal lesson needed)
• Invite regular members to form a small, interest-based community
• Provide light support or feedback when needed
