Key Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)
- Support daily media monitoring across print, online, broadcast, and social media channels
- Assist with social listening activities to track brand, competitor, and industry conversations
- Help compile and organize media coverage reports and dashboards
- Tag, categorize, and maintain media and social content databases
- Flag notable trends, spikes, or sensitive coverage to the supervisor
- Support basic qualitative and quantitative analysis of media and social data
- Assist with periodic reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) for internal teams or clients
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate monitoring outputs
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
