Responsibilities
Time & Project Management
- Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines aligned with set targets and milestones.
- Coordinate scheduling and task alignment with management, internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure the timely completion of after-sales projects and punch lists.
- Ensure timely completion of project-related administration, including financial settlements and reporting.
Quality Control & Site Supervision
- Supervise and perform quality control on vendor performance during installation phases, ensuring alignment with SOPs, safety regulations (K3), and internal quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, flag potential issues, and ensure high execution standards.
- Utilize project dashboards and tools to track key activities and deliverables in real-time.
Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, design) to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
- Build and maintain strong communication with all vendors and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the main point of contact for project updates and alignment between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
- Address and resolve both technical and non-technical issues that arise during the project in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate project challenges clearly and constructively with supervisors, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
- Take a proactive approach in identifying risks, proposing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Cost Efficiency & Budget Control
- Monitor and control project operational costs to ensure spending remains within budget.
- Minimize errors and inefficiencies that could lead to unnecessary project expenses.
- Ensure financial transparency and report cost status periodically to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing interior project (residential) with premium client.
- Strong leadership, time management, and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
