SSAB Special Steel is looking for a motivated, performance driven Inside Sales to join our team. We are committed to safety and adding value and are looking for someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, developing business and networking with customers.

As an Inside Sales, you will collaborate closely with our sales team and customers in the region. Managing order and delivery fulfillment. Your primary focus is to process orders, support sales for the region. You will do this through the provision of effective methods, strategies and the Companys goals and values.

Main responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders into system, follow-up on customer order and proactive communication to sales and customers.
  • Invoicing, debtor management.
  • Report incoming material into stock record. Delivery arrangement.
  • Tracking and following up on quotes entered in Share Point.
  • Having new lead (various platform-marketing etc new opportunities). Continuously look for Improvement and be innovative.

About You

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Good communication and skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in both English & Bahasa Indonesia.
