Role Description
The Channel Sales Representative is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with channel partners, driving sales, and ensuring the efficient distribution of products through various channels. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and strong relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with resellers, and other channel partners.
- Drive sales growth through effective channel partner engagement and support.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand market reach.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance within the distribution network.
- Provide product training, support, and incentives to partners to boost sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Gather market feedback and provide insights to improve product positioning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in channel sales or distribution management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
