Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control IT infrastructure readiness in all areas (network and desktop)
- Control IT infrastructure maintenance schedules, implementation, and cybersecurity
- Perform troubleshooting and recovery activities for IT infrastructure problems/issues
- Create reports for IT infrastructure issues and corrective actions
- Manage and develop IT manpower
- Define and manage budgets related to IT infrastructure projects and activities
- Implement EMS, OHSAS, and Quality policies in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001
Authority:
- Access systems and machines related to IT infrastructure to oversee performance and issues
- Stop systems or machines for troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues
- Approve documents related to IT administration
Specifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and helpdesk support
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and related machines
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to work both individually and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral (mandatory)
