Industrial Engineer

Essential Functions:

• Lead process improvement and layout optimization.
• Conduct VSM analysis and compile lessons learned.
• Develop SOPs and KPIs.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 35 years in industrial engineering within automotive battery manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD and process simulation tools.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
