ANTA was established in 1991, while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). Job Responsibilities:
- Guideline Development & Communication: Create and adapt visual merchandising guidelines tailored for wholesale partners. Ensure consistent communication of brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Partner Support & Training: Provide training, coaching, and regular workshops for wholesale partner teams to elevate their execution capabilities and maintain high visual standards.
- In-Store Audits & Supervision: Conduct regular visits to stores to review visual implementation, identify gaps, and provide corrective guidance to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with partners on store layouts, window displays, and promotional campaigns. Offer professional input while respecting local retail conditions and partner capabilities.
- Promotional Execution: Coordinate and support the rollout of promotional displays, new launches, and seasonal updates across wholesale locations.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Share best practices and introduce innovative display concepts to enhance brand visibility and sell-through.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives in wholesale accounts, using sales data and qualitative feedback to refine strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Fashion, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably with exposure to wholesale or multi-brand retail environments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to engage and support external partners.
- Excellent visual and spatial design skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to balance brand consistency with local market realities.
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel frequently to partner locations as required.
