Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Hydraulic Engineer, located in Jakarta, Indonesia with some work from at project sites. The Hydraulic Engineer will be responsible for planning and designing hydraulic structures of the hydropower plant projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting hydraulic analysis of main structures (weir, intakes, sandtrap, waterway canal, headpond, penstock, and tailrace), produce design drawings, overseeing hyrdropower projects, and collaborating with mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless design of hydropower plants development.
Qualifications
- Hydraulic Systems and Hydropower Engineering knowledge
- Background in Civil Engineering and Water Resource Management
- Proficiency in project management and engineering software (such as SAP2000, MS Project, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Water Resources Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the hydropower projects.
