Our Purwosari-Pasuruan Plant currently are looking for Human Resource Supervisor and here for details:

Job Responsibilities

  1. To manage the updating, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of procedures and systems related to industrial relations
  2. Ensure Industrial Relation field running well without dispute such us Proficient in Labor laws compliance, Employee Handbook (peraturan perusahaan), and best practices, including labor laws and diversity initiatives
  3. Maintain a good relationship with the internal and external Stake holders (related with employment)
  4. Supervise Operation process such as: attendance report, payroll process and related matters, manage the distribution of payroll and related data such as tax deductions, and make tax reports as required,Manage and evaluate employee insurance claims, Periodically review work contracts.
  5. Oversee performance review processes, goal setting, and feedback sessions (KPI & Performance Management)
  6. Ensure People Development implementation, and monitor training needs and programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  7. Monitor the quality of training sessions, observing whether they engage participants effectively and adhere to scheduled timelines.
  8. Monitoring the impact of training programs and adjust content or methods as needed for continuous improvement.
  9. Support organizational development initiatives by analyzing workforce capabilities and identifying skill gaps.
  10. Facilitate change management processes, drive cultural alignment, and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree Psychology/Law/Management Human Resources/industrial Engineering;
  2. Having minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing and 2 years as a Human Resources Supervisor level;
  3. Proficient in laws and regulations, PPH21, labor relations and other relevant laws and regulations;
  4. Experience with training program development and change management;
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  6. Good in analythical thinking and self driven;
  7. Fluent in English.
