Delonix Group is growing rapidly, and we're excited to welcome an HR professional who understands the dynamics of hospitality operations and enjoys creating a smooth, well-structured employee experience within a hotel environment.

We are looking for an HR Supervisor who thrives in fast-paced hotel operations, brings high energy to the team, and takes pride in delivering accurate and reliable HR services to support daily property operations.

Responsibilities

Manage daily HR services and administration within hotel operations, ensuring accurate employee data, documentation, and record management.

Handle full-cycle hotel payroll, including salary calculation, service charge distribution, overtime, deductions, PPh 21, and monthly reconciliation.

Oversee BPJS TK & BPJS Kesehatan processes for hotel employees, including registration, updates, claims, and reporting.

Support end-to-end recruitment for hotel positions (front office, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, etc.).

Coordinate onboarding, contract administration, and employee movement within hotel units.

Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian labor law, hospitality regulations, and company SOPs.

Prepare monthly HR reports, payroll summaries, and manpower updates for property management.

Support employee relations and daily HR operational needs within the hotel.

Contribute to continuous improvement of HR workflows and service quality in hospitality operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Management, or related field.

35 years of HR operational experience within the hospitality industry.

Mandatory: Prior experience handling HR processes in hotel, resort, or hospitality groups.

Strong hands-on experience in:

Hotel payroll & service charge distribution

PPh 21 calculation

BPJS TK & BPJS Kesehatan administration

Hospitality recruitment operations

Familiar with hotel manpower structure, shift scheduling, and contract staffing.

Fluent in English (spoken & written); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and hospitality HR practices.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Strong communication skills with service-oriented mindset.

Proactive, high energy, and adaptable to fast-paced hotel environments.

Able to manage multiple operational priorities with accuracy and consistency.

This role is best suited for HR professionals who are accustomed to supporting on-site hotel operations and understand the urgency, structure, and service standards within hospitality environments.
