Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the Head of Human Resources and Administration for the local branch, overseeing the strategic planning of local HR initiatives, formulating HR strategies, and monitoring the implementation of various plans to ensure the smooth daily administrative operations of the local office.
- Establish and enhance the foundational management system of the local branch, overseeing the HR management system, including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee development.
- Provide local employment insights and recommendations to the headquarters, assisting in the overall HR management of the branch, with the goal of enhancing the company's comprehensive management level and controlling HR costs.
- Develop and implement the local compensation and incentive systems based on industry trends and the company's development status.
- Monitor the performance evaluation of local employees and continuously improve the performance management system.
- Take charge of fostering the corporate culture of the branch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience in HR management within the manufacturing, consumer electronics, or FMCG industries is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of local HR policies and regulations, with a strong understanding of modern enterprise HR management practices.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, along with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
