Human Resources Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Specialist based in Sukoharjo. The role involves managing and coordinating HR responsibilities including recruitment, employee benefits administration, and overseeing personnel matters. The specialist will design, implement, and enforce HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with local employment regulations and organizational goals. Additionally, the individual will provide support for employee development and workplace efficiency initiatives.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment and employee engagement
• Strong skills in HR Management and development
• Knowledge of HR Policies and employment regulations
• Experience in Employee Benefits and ensuring employee satisfaction
• Competence in Personnel Management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience in the building materials or manufacturing industry is a plus
